New Leak Displays High-Res Renders Of The Galaxy Watch 5 Series

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked presentation is just a few days away. One of the new devices that will be made public during the major launch event next week, on August 10, is the Galaxy Watch 5 series. Sadly, the business hasn’t managed to keep the future smartwatches a secret until they’re released. The new wearables have already been the subject of numerous leaks. The most recent leak includes high-resolution renders of the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and both Galaxy Watch 5 size options.

These official-looking images, which were posted on 91Mobiles by none other than renowned leaker Evan Blass, show the design of the next Samsung smartwatches in amazing detail. We can see everything, from the button positioning to the strap design and quality. The renderings also show the numerous color choices the Korean company will provide.

The leak depicts the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro in Titanium and Black, two hues that have been rumored and leaked previously. The dial of this watch measures 45 mm. The Pink Gold, Bora Purple, and Graphite colors of the vanilla model have made an appearance. It will be offered in 40mm and 44mm sizes. This watch also comes in Silver and Blue, according to earlier leaks. However, Samsung might reserve some hues for only one of the two size options.

Advertisement Samsung’s future smartwatches will come in three sizes, with the main differences being screen size and battery life. The Pro version will have a little altered appearance. The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic still has that sporty finish, despite the firm having removed the physical bezel. Contrarily, the basic Galaxy Watch 5 has a stylish appearance.

Every Samsung Galaxy smartwatch will have the option of LTE connectivity. They will most likely be powered by Wear OS 3.5 and Samsung’s One UI Watch 4.5 software. Some of the highlights of the Galaxy Watch 5 series include integrated GPS, 5AT waterproofing, IP68 classification for dust and water resistance, better health functions, NFC, and built-in microphone and speaker. There is now just over a week till the formal unveiling.

Nevertheless, despite its billing, it won’t be the main attraction at the next Galaxy Unpacked presentation. That’s because the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 are the two products that the Korean company is most proud of. The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro will also be on display at the occasion.
